Q: How long have you been in business?

A: We officially established our LLC with the State of Texas in 2018. However, we have over 17 years of experience in the beauty industry. 

Q: Are your products 100% natural?

A: We proudly offer USDA-certified organic and vegan/plant-based products. 

Q: What makes your products organic/vegan?

A: The clean ingredients we use to formulate our goods. We take pride in housing USDA-Certified Organic products that are deemed 100% organic and nourishing for the body.

Q: What's the shelf life of your products?

A: One of the advantages of shopping with The Beauty Boothe is the longevity you will experience with the shelf life of your products. Our products hold a shelf life of up to 36 months from the time they are manufactured/ produced. 

Q: How often do you restock your goods?

A: We typically restock every 3 to 6 months depending on how fast the products sell. 

 Q: Where do your products come from?

A: As a retail and wholesale company we strive to provide our customers with the utmost cleanest and natural products on the market. We proudly have manufacturers in the U.S.A., Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Peru, and China. 

Q: How long do your hair extensions and wigs last?

A: Our hair extensions are 100% Human Hair. With proper care and maintenance, your hair extensions will last 36 months or more.

Q: Can I dye the hair extensions and wigs?

A: Yes, all of The Beauty Boothe hair is 100% human hair and can be dyed, bleached, highlighted, and toned to your liking. We advise you to allow a professional stylist or colorist to help you reach your desired results. 

 Q: Can I apply heat to the hair extensions and wigs?

A: Yes, The Beauty Boothe 100% Human Hair can withstand heat without frying or breaking. Our hair is cuticle aligned and this makes it very strong. 

Q: Can I wet my hair extensions?

A: Yes, we recommend washing or co-washing your hair extensions before each install. Here at The Beauty Boothe, we sell 100% RAW and unprocessed human hair. This means the hair is cut from the donor, co-washed, and then sent straight to us. 

Q: What hair lengths should I purchase?

A: The length of the hair you purchase depends on the style you are trying to achieve. 18 inches of hair falls differently on an individual who is 5'2 compared to an individual who is 6'0 tall. If you are looking to get your hair styled into a bob we recommend 8-10 inches. If you would like to achieve a longer fuller look we recommend measuring from the dome of your head to the desired length you would like to achieve. 

Q: How many bundles should I purchase?

A: We always recommend 2-3 bundles for a natural and full look (8"-16"). If you are buying over 18"inches of hair we recommend 3 to 4 bundles for volume depending on the look you are trying to achieve. 

Q: What is the density of your wigs?

A: Our wig density can vary from 130% to 250%. Each wig selection on our website has a density selection. The denser the wig the higher the cost of the wig. 

Q: What are your prices? 

A: Our prices vary for each item. For the most up-to-date cost per item please visit our website and search for the items you are looking to purchase. 

 Q: Are your matte lipsticks waterproof?

A: Yes

Q: How long does your matte lipsticks hold?

A: Depending on the matte lipstick you purchase the application will hold from 4 to 24 hours.

Q: How many wears can you get out of The Beauty Boothe eyelashes? 

A: Our FAUX Mink lashes are super durable and easy to clean and you can wear them up to 35 times. ( we are a 100% cruelty-free brand. Our lashes are made of synthetic hair and silk material to mimic mink lashes)

 Q: Are your soaps 100% Organic?

A: Yes, they are actually USDA-Certified Organic

Q: Does your Argan Oil and Rosewater come straight from Morocco?

A: Yes, they do and we can provide proof upon request. 

Q: Are you hair care products for all hair types?

A: Yes, all of our hair care products are for all ethnicities and all hair textures and types.  

 Q: Do you offer wholesale?

A: Yes, we do offer wholesale items. Please refer to our wholesale category to see what select items we currently offer at a wholesale price.

Q: Can I repackage the items to sell private label (your own brand) after I purchase them wholesale? 

A: Yes, we actually recommend that you repackage your wholesale items to best fit your brand. The Beauty Boothe has no affiliation with your brand once you purchase your items wholesale from us. Additionally, we are not responsible for any changes you make to the formula once the product leaves our possession. 

Q: Do you offer financing?

A: Yes, we offer interest-free financing through Sezzle, Quad Pay, and PayPal Credit. 

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Our standard processing time is 3 to 7 business days. However, during peak seasons and around holidays, processing times can take up to 10 days. We pass on packages to our third-party shippers, which are USPS Priority mail and in some cases UPS or FedEx. These shipping times can take anywhere from 1 to 7 days to receive your parcel. Please plan ahead of time when purchasing to ensure you receive your order in time for any special occasions or events.  

Q: What is your return and exchange policy?

A: Due to the nature of our products ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please note that our policy will not allow us to give a refund, compensate, or exchange merchandise/products that have been tampered with, have a missing label, or worn for any extended amount of time. Once the product is received, we will not accept it back or offer any refunds. The safety of our team, customers, and manufacturers will always be key to our policies and decision-making.

How do refunds work?

A. The Beauty Boothe issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:

  • Is canceled by The Beauty Boothe, LLC
  • One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed
  • Item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect

The Beauty Boothe will take 2-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.

If you used a gift card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be issued back to your gift card immediately.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided during the checkout process. You will also receive a second email notification once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s status along its journey.

Q: What if I don't receive my order after it has been shipped?

A: If your order was never received after it was shipped we recommend reaching out to the delivery service and filing a dispute with the postal service. They will assist you in filing a missing package claim.

Q: Will The Beauty Boothe file a missing package claim for me?

A: NO, we do not file missing package claims for the customer. We will issue a tracking number that will allow the customer and the postal service to track the package. If the package can not be located the postal service is responsible for issuing you a full refund.

Q: Will The Beauty Boothe issue me a refund for a loss package without filing a claim with the postal service?

A: NO, due to the increase of package/ order fraud we will not issue a refund in place of the postal service. You will need to contact the postal service and submit a claim with the postal service to either retrieve or refund you for your missing items. 

Q: What if my package was marked delivered by the delivery company but I never received it?

A: In this case we urge you to file a missing package complaint with/ against the delivery service. Every package is shipped with insurance and you will either receive a full refund from the delivery service or they will find your order.  We will not ship additional products to you if you have not followed these steps and received a response from the delivery service.
