Please note that due to COVID-19 (the spread of the coronavirus) our policy will not allow us to give a refund, compensate, or exchange merchandise/products that’s been tampered with, has a missing label, or worn for an extended amount of time. Once the product is shipped and received we will not accept it back or offer any refunds.The safety of our team, customers, and manufactures will always be key to our policies and decision making.

 

Makeup Services and Boudoir Photography Session fees are non-refundable

Once Covid-19 has cleared we will resume our fair return and exchange policy written below. Please note that the text below will not be honored due to the rapid and deadly spread of Covid-19. We will inform all of our customers once returns and refunds are put back in place. 


The Beauty Boothe maintains a very high level of quality assurance and care. Our products undergo extensive processing to ensure that we are only receiving the most demanded hair from Cambodia. All orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping and customers may receive packaging pictures with their shipping notification. You are treating yourself to the most popular beauty products on the market and we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your investment!

 

We are manufacturing and distributing  vegan / natural cosmetics, skin care and hair care products! This means we have two protect ALL of our customers, clients, future clientele and our business. There is a huge risk of the product being contaminated once it has been opened and/or applied to ones skin. With that being said, The Beauty Boothe will not accept returns and exchanges.

NOTE: (Restrictions Do Apply)

NO LONGER APPLICABLE: Refunds and Exchanges are ONLY for Beauty Boothe products that have not been worn, unwrapped, or tampered with in any way! The products must be returned within ten (10) calendar days of the date that you received your order. Once we’ve received your return, your refund will be processed. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method. Return shipping is free, your return label will be sent within 48  hours.

We DO NOT and WILL NOT accept ANY products that been worn, unwrapped, or tampered with in any way. These actions will hinder us from reselling the product.

SHIPPING  POLICY:
Our standard processing time is 3 to 7 business days. However, during peak seasons and around holidays processing times can take 7 to 15 business days. We ship USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority mail and in some cases UPS or FedEx. Depending on the shipping method you selected at checkout. These shipping times can take anywhere from 1 to 5 days to receive your parcel. Please plan ahead of time when purchasing to ensure you receive your order in time for any special occasions or events.  
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided during the checkout process. You will also receive a second email notification once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s status along its journey.

If your order was never received after it was ship we recommend reaching out to the delivery service and filing a dispute with the postal service. They will assist you in filing a missing package claim. NO, The Beauty Boothe does not file missing package claims for the customer. We will issue a tracking number that will allow the customer and the postal service to track the package. If the package can not be located the postal service is responsible for issuing you a full refund.
Additionally, due to the increase of package/ order fraud The Beauty Boothe will not issue a refund in place of the postal service. You will need to contact the postal service and submit a claim with the postal service to either retrieve or refund you for your missing items. 
If your package was marked delivered by the delivering company but you never received it we urge you to file a missing package complaint with/ against the delivery service. In the event your package was returned due to the address being incorrect or unknown. We will contact you to get a valid shipping address and reship your order to the correct address once provided. No refunds will be provided as we have a no refund/ no return policy. All shipping expenses are to be paid by the consumer. The Beauty Boothe DOES NOT cover any shipping fees.  Every package shipped priority mail has insurance and you will either receive a full refund from the delivery service or they will find your order. If you selected economy shipping or First Class Mail your package is not insured. We will not ship additional products to you if you have not followed these steps and received an response from the delivery service.


How to request a return or exchange? 
As stated above the requests for refunds on merchandise will not be honored unless the item is incorrect or damaged.
